The following tips will help you make the
most of your first visit to Westside Veterinary Center.
- Remember to bring any documentation you may
have of all vaccinations administered to date.
- Please bring a copy of your pet's past
medical history for our Doctors to review and add to your pet's
record. If necessary, you may ask a previous veterinarian to
fax records to us in advance at (212) 362-8948.
- Through past expirence, we have found it
beneficial to prepare a list of questions or concerns to bring
with you on your first visit. There can be lots of
distractions for both you and your pet and even the most important
questions may be forgotten.
New clients should plan on arriving 15
minutes early to complete the registration paperwork.
